Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) unwashed, in original condition it to us for a refund or exchange by following this process:

1. Email clayton@identitycustom for return authorization / instructions.

2. Return the box to us at this address:

3.  Please include your reason for return and whether you would like to exchange the product or would like a refund.

4.  For refunds, you will receive the full amount of the order less shipping.  For exchanges you will only be charged for shipping.

5.  Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return or exchange.
